BROOKINGS COUNTY, S.D. (KELO) — A severe thunderstorm produced a tornado that touched down in a rural area near Bruce, SD or eight miles south of Estelline moving north. A tornado was also reported in South Deuel County.

This is a slow moving system moving 10 miles per hour and is capable of dropping a lot of rain.
