Storms blew across much of northern and western KELOLAND last night. Here are a few of the highest wind gusts reported.
Some hail also fell.
It was a hot day ahead of those storms yesterday. Some of these highs were records.
Storms tonight will most likely go south of KELOLAND. We’ll continue to watch the trends.
The FutureScan forecast shows lower chances of rain as we head into the afternoon. Additional t-storms may develop after midnight in southern SD. Another round of storms is looking more likely tomorrow afternoon West River. That complex of thunderstorm could give more areas East River additional rainfall into Friday AM.
Highs will be cooler today in the 80s.
Tomorrow looks warm in the 80s. Again, more storms are possible tomorrow night.
More scattered t-storms are possible this weekend. It looks much hotter by Sunday.
