Good Morning!

Overnight rainfall was heaviest across far western SD, with another .75″ in Custer.  Heavy rain fell just south of Hot Springs with local amounts over 2″ in parts of Fall River County.  We expect more rain in the east today and tonight.

Here’s a closer look at the FutureScan forecast.  You can see spots of rain in the east and southeast today.  Showers and thunderstorms will remain scattered tomorrow as this low pressure center moves across the region.

The forecast looks a little cooler today with 80s east and 70s west.  Custer looks cool…only 58!

Scattered rain is expected tonight with lows in the 60s.

Tomorrow will still be in the 80s in many areas.

Warmer weather returns Thursday and Friday.  A strong cold front will trigger area of t-storms by Friday night into Saturday.
