Showers and a few thunderstorms are possible today in eastern KELOLAND. We are watching for a few locallized downpours the could produce .25″ to .50″ of unwelcome rain east of the James Valley. The wind will be stronger today from the south along this weather feature.
We still think Saturday looks very nice, near 70 or above in much of southern KELOLAND.
Sunday will be a little cooler as shower chances redevelop.
Next week will be wet at times, mainly on Monday. The rain totals are still too high, but it does look worse to the south. The cooler weather will push the deepest moisture away from KELOLAND.
Cold enough for snow? If you are in the Black Hills, don’t be surprise if we bring snow maps out again.
Highs today will recover into the 60s for most areas.
Rain chances should end this evening with lows mainly in the lower 40s.
There’s the warm forecast for Saturday. Enjoy it, because we headed the wrong way again in the extended forecast.
Rain chances are best on Monday, then the cooler weather will lead to “scattered” cool shower weather for the middle of the week.
