Over an inch of rain on top of snow led to flooding in southeast South Dakota on Wednesday.
Roads in rural area are underwater.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is urging drivers to steer clear of township roads.
The department posted a photo of flooded roads Wednesday morning on social media.
So many road are underwater that crews are running out of road closure signs and crews can’t keep up.
The Canton Fire Department is in the process of setting up a sandbag filling station. If you live in Canton, you can pick them up at the Tri-State Ready Mix plant.
