PIERRE, S.D. (KELO) — Starting immediately Tuesday, flags are to be flown at half-staff statewide, according to Governor Kristi Noem. Flags are to remain half-staff until sunset on Friday, March 31 to honor of the Nashville tragedy victims.
President Joseph R. Biden issued the Presidential Proclamation earlier Monday.
