SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – The Sioux Falls Storm came into Saturday nights game a half game outside of the 4th and final playoff spot making their matchup with the Green Bay Blizzard all the more important.

They got off to quite the shaky start falling behind 14-0 early in the 1st quarter, but would steady the ship in the 2nd quarter and by halftime led 30-26.

A 4-yard Dalton Sneed touchdown run in the late in the 3rd quarter made it a 37-26 ball game. Green Bay would get as close as 3, but the Storm would never surrender the lead going on to win 50-42.

They now sit with a record of 8-7 and will travel to Frisco next week to take on the Fighters in their season finale.
