HARTFORD, S.D. (KELO) — For the second straight week, I-90 Speedway had to postpone races due to the recent rainfall.
As the track waits for its official reopening after a three-year hiatus, officials still hope to make up for missed races once the weather cooperates.
“We are going to work very, very hard to try and get every race show we can. We’re going to look at possibly doing some doubleheaders this year. We’re not one hundred percent sure about that yet. But, we want to try to make every show that we can happen at I-90 Speedway. We’ve been waiting for three years. This wait, is almost unbearable,” General Manager Rod Pattison said.
