Happy Friday! This is KELOLAND On The Go, where we provide you with what you need to know in news and weather as you start your day. 

Weather will be a top story Friday. Severe weather is expected to impact many parts of KELOLAND. More details in the Storm Center Update. 

We expect to learn more on the F-16 from Sioux Falls that crashed in California Thursday. It happened near March Air Reserve Base east of Los Angeles. 

A group of KELOLAND veterans traveled to Washington D.C. last week for Mission four of the Midwest Honor Flight. KELOLAND’s Dan Santella will have reports coming up on KELOLAND News Friday. 

A Nebraska farmer is back at home after he was forced to make a split second decision to safe his life. Kurtis Kaser used a pocket knife to amputate his own leg after it got caught in an auger. The 63-year-old Pender farmer is back at home now.
