Flooding problems continue in eastern KELOLAND as Highway 81 at Lake Poinsett is underwater again. The road is open to traffic with a 5 miles per hour speed limit but people in small cars might want to think twice before driving through the deep lane on the west side if the road.
In Sioux Falls, a camp in is recovering from flooding earlier this year. Keller Williams Realty Sioux Falls employees spent Thursday at Leif Ericson Day Camp.
Summer is on the horizon and soon students will get some time outdoors and away from the classroom. But students at Good Shepherd Lutheran will still have the chance to keep their mind active thanks to a new summer reading program.
Search crews will be back out Friday in hopes of finding Serenity Dennard. The 9-year-old girl has been missing since February when she ran away from a children’s home near Rapid City.
