SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - KELOLAND News has more details on what the former Borrowed Bucks Roadhouse in Sioux Falls will become.
The owners are going to make the building a restaurant and nightclub.
On one side you'll find Vinyl Taco, a fresh Mexican street food eatery. The other side will be a retro nightclub.
The owners have two other Vinyl Tacos, one in Fargo and the other in Grand Forks.
The Sioux Falls restaurant will be almost identical to the Grand Forks location.
The ownership group says that after around 25 years of Borrowed Bucks, it was time for a different concept. They also feel that the building will be better utilized now because the restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to midnight.
It's expected to open by the end of the year.
