Two new Taco John’s locations will be opening in Sioux Falls.
The restaurant along East 10th Street permanently closes at 10 p.m. Tuesday, and that business will move just across the street to a new building.
“The building is getting old. It was built in December of 1973, and it’s the second oldest Taco John’s in Sioux Falls. We wanted a new building, and we didn’t want to close during new construction,” Ted Miller, vice president of operations for the franchise group, said.
Here’s a look inside the new restaurant. The modern layout has a digital menu, and you will be able to buy some Starbucks drinks here.
You can check out the new location starting Friday.
Crews will also soon start demolishing the old Pizza Hut at 26th Street and Sycamore Avenue. A new Taco John’s restaurant will go up in its place.
The franchise group has 12 restaurants, including locations in Sioux Falls, Yankton, Mitchell and Norfolk, Nebraska.
