We have an update on a story we first brought you on Tuesday regarding a threat in the Tri-Valley School District.
As you may remember, officials were alerted to a social media threat. While investigating that threat authorities found a handgun in a student’s vehicle.
They towed it away and searched some more. All together, authorities ended up finding four guns inside.
Authorities arrested 18-year-old student Nathan Ewer.
He faces a number of charges including possession of a firearm with an altered serial number and having a gun on school grounds.
He’ll be in court Thursday afternoon.
