Steamboat Geyser Eruption Caught On Camera

There’s been a lot of talk about Steamboat Geyser recently, and rightly so. Major eruptions over the past several weeks have been occurring every six to eight days, ending a period of quiet that lasted three and a half years.

Most of the eruptions occurred at night or during times when the area was closed to visitors. But last week the geyser put on a show, and it was all caught on camera.
