A suspected Sioux Falls drug dealer now faces federal charges.
He’s accused of giving someone a deadly dose of fentanyl.
We first told you about Jacob Lottman in March. Someone was passed out in a car in a Walgreens parking lot. Authorities broke a window and saved him with Narcan. The incident led investigators to Lottman, also known as “Lotto.”
Police say they arrested him for selling fentanyl. Since then, they’ve linked Lottman to at least two other cases. In one of those cases, the victim died.
He now faces three federal drug dealing charges.
