On Wednesday, Minnehaha County authorities confirmed they found a significant amount of explosives at an apartment on the East Side of Sioux Falls.
And that’s not all.
A viewer sent us a photo of some of the weapons they confiscated.
The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office said the guns include an illegal sawed off shotgun and an unlicensed silencer. In the photo, you can see a black jacket with the word “antifa.” The group is known nationally for violent protests.
Tuesday night, authorities arrested 43-year old Mark Einerwold. He faces a long list of charges, including burglary.
Authorities believe he broke into businesses in Tea and Dell Rapids, including a burglary at the Pizza Ranch in Dell Rapids.
In addition to the Sheriff’s office — Police, the FBI, and ATF are working on this investigation. More charges are possible, including federal charges.
Einerwold is scheduled to be in court Wednesday afternoon.
