Two people have died from a two-vehicle crash that happened early Saturday morning near Brandon.
Two other people were injured in the accident.
Police say a Chevrolet CWSI and a Subaru Forester collided on I-90, near mile marker 406. Both of the vehicles rolled into the north ditch.
There were three people in the Subaru. The driver was a 38-year-old female. In the passenger’s side of the car was a 44-year-old female. They were both not wearing seatbelts and were ejected from the car. They were both pronounced dead at the scene. They are both from Sioux Falls. The third person in the car, an 11-year-old female, received serious non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the Chevrolet was a 39-year-old male. He was also not wearing a seatbelt and received life-threatening injuries.
The names of the four people involved in the crash have not yet been released.
Police say charges are pending.
