PIERRE, S.D. (KELO) — Lieutenant Governor Larry Rhoden spoke today about the legislative session.

Usually, the governor is the one to take part in the weekly news conference, however, Rhoden says Governor Kristi Noem was meeting with business leaders to talk about new industries to recruit to the state.

Rhoden says the governor’s proposal for a moment of silence at the start of school will be introduced tomorrow along with two abortion-restriction bills.
