When river levels rise, a lot of people head to Falls Park. The city’s namesake is quite a sight on days, like Friday. But it’s also dangerous.
KELOLAND’s Perry Groten was at Falls Park at noon and saw plenty of the people stopping by to check out the sights. At police briefing, city leaders advised people to stay away from Falls Park. Police have setup barricades to keep from getting to close to the water.
