Authorities in western KELOLAND are also asking for your help in figuring out who’s behind a string of burglaries.
The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office has received several reports over the past few weeks. Suspects have stolen several firearms.
Officials say the burglaries have been happening in remote cabins or homes near Keystone, Hill City and Deerfield.
They say the suspects appear to be targeting homes that are empty over the winter.
If you’ve noticed anything suspicious or out of the ordinary in those areas, you’re asked to contact authorities.
