Parker School District Announces School Closure With Talking Hot Dog Video

With the extremely cold weather closing schools across KELOLAND, one South Dakota school district decided to have some fun announcing its closure on Facebook.

The Parker School District posted a video of a talking hot dog telling students “It’s way too cold outside. I’m a hot dog, not a cold dog. I need some heat.”

Parker is getting out of school at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday and cancelling school on Wednesday. You can see all the schools on KELOLAND’s Closeline here. 

The video also suggested students watch some Netflix or bake a cake but said not to play the popular video game Fortnite. You can watch the video post below.
