SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Flooding from earlier this spring will be the topic of discussion Tuesday at the Sioux Falls planning commission.
The Flood Buyout Program plan is focused on the Lotta and Rose neighborhoods in southern Sioux Falls.
The city hopes to eventually turn the area into green space to avoid future damage from flooding.
