Drive carefully this morning. Overnight we have seen river water levels on the rise again. W 57th St / I-229 tunnel and W 49th St are blocked because they are underwater. Respect the barricades and don’t drive through standing water. /657— Sioux Falls Police (@siouxfallspd) March 16, 2019
