They haven’t even been built yet, but businesses are already signing up for two new buildings near Roosevelt High School in Sioux Falls.
Roosevelt Marketplace is near the intersection of 41st Street and Sertoma Avenue.
So far, GreatLIFE and Year Round Brown have announced they will be going into one of the buildings.
The broker in charge of leasing the property, Ryan Tysdal, also said a couple of other businesses have signed leases.
“Dense housing in all directions makes this site attractive to retail tenants. Being across the street from Roosevelt High School is also a draw, as it’s the largest school in South Dakota,” Tysdal said.
There are just three spaces left to lease. One of them is a drive-thru end cap, which Tysdal said would be ideal for a food tenant.
