SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Free school lunches for all students will continue through June of next year.

At the start of the pandemic, the USDA began more flexible rules for who qualified for free or reduced lunches. The agency later changed and extended the free lunch program.

The USDA also says it is boosting the amount schools are reimbursed for each meal served to help districts meet nutrition guidelines.
