Three SF businesses fail alcohol check

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Three businesses in Sioux Falls failed an alcohol compliance check by the Sioux Falls Police Department and sold alcohol to someone under the age of 21 on Tuesday. 

Officers checked 24 businesses with off sale alcohol licenses. The three businesses that failed were J&K Kwik Stop on East 10th Street, Shop ‘N Cart on East 6th Street and the King’s Liquor Mart on North Cliff Avenue. All three clerks were issued a summons. 

The SFPD will continue to conduct random alcohol compliance checks.
