SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - A woman and her family are taking Christmas to the next level in Sioux Falls.
Or should we say the next village, as in Christmas village. Maxine Wilson and her husband Lee have been collecting pieces for this display since the 90s. Lee passed away a few years back but his holiday spirit lives on in this room at Maxine's apartment at Trail Ridge.
"My husband was the one that really started it you might say. He would go right towards wherever they had village pieces. He'd say we should get this. I would agree of course," Wilson said.
Maxine and Lee would have been married for 64 years this past September. She says her family takes great care of her. She loves spending time with her seven grandsons and their families which include her eight great grandchildren.
