Spring Parade of Homes gives people a chance to explore new houses

Local News

The Spring Parade of Homes started this weekend and people got a chance to explore some of the newest houses in KELOLAND.

People could tour over 80 homes across Sioux Falls, Brandon and Tea.

All the homes were free to tour, except for the two Feature Homes which cost $5 to explore.

Ryan Brouwer is the owner of Choice Builders and built one of the two feature homes in this year’s parade.

He says his house has seen a lot of foot traffic this weekend.

“We’ve had a really good turnout. We’re excited that the rain is holding off. The weather is actually perfect for a day to go out, go around and tour a bunch of houses,” Brouwer said.

Brouwer says this is his second build that has been selected as Feature Home.
