SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Winter driving skills are being put to the test during Wednesday's evening commute.
A school bus had a hard time navigating some of the slick streets in central Sioux Falls. The driver pulled over for a bit on a small hill, then got back in and took a slippery ride down, but thankfully avoided any crashes.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating whether slick road conditions played a role in a deadly crash in eastern South Dakota. One person died in a crash on Interstate 90 near Humboldt Wednesday afternoon.
Drivers are asked to slow down, watch for others and move over if approaching a crash scene or vehicle parked by the side of the road.
