SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Sioux Falls man is accused of soliciting a minor in Lincoln County. 40-year old William Middagh, Jr. was booked into jail last night.

The charging document says he solicited someone he believed to be a minor to engage in a prohibited sexual act. The document did not include any additional details. He’s scheduled to make his first court appearance tomorrow.
