Sioux Falls city attorney explains ‘no comment’ on Village on the River project

Local News

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The Sioux Falls city attorney says there’s a reason why Mayor Paul TenHaken isn’t answering questions about the Village on the River Project.

The decision could lead to a lawsuit.

Because of that, City Attorney Stacy Kooistra says it’s against policy for the mayor or any other city leader to comment.

Kooistra also questions the accuracy of statements made by other parties involved in this project.
