SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Streets in downtown Sioux Falls were full with people near the Washington Pavilion for the Sidewalk Arts Festival on Saturday.
Arts, crafts and food were here for people to check out. The event raises money for programming at the pavilion’s Visual Arts Center.
