RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO) — Rapid City police say Jack was located and is safe.
Rapid City police are asking for help locating a missing 13-year-old.
Addison Jack was last seen Wednesday night in the 900 block of Explore St. Jack was wearing tan pants, a black sweatshirt with blue and pink palm trees and slippers.
Anyone with any information about his whereabouts should contact police immediately at 605-394-4131.
