Authorities say Kesean as located and is safe.

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO) — Police in Rapid City are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 12-year-old.

Rapid City police say Kesean Chipps was reported missing from West Middle School shortly before noon. Chipps was wearing a yellow hoodie, black shorts and red shoes.

Anyone with any information about his whereabouts should contact police.
