RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO) — Hundreds of students in Rapid City took time to say thank you to local first responders in honor of the tragic events of September 11th.
More than 400 students at Rapid Valley Elementary showed their appreciation with high fives, fist-bumps and thank you’s to firefighters, police and troopers.
