SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A former child care worker is no longer charged with rape and sexual contact.
According to court documents, the Minnehaha County State’s Attorney’s Office dismissed those charges against 18-year-old Carter Ronke.
It’s one of two cases filed against him this year. In the other case, Ronke pleaded guilty to stalking and served 11 days in jail.
