Protest held in SF calling for justice after prominent Ethiopian singer killed

Local News

Several people gathered in downtown Sioux Falls this morning to call for justice, after a prominent activist and singer, Hachalu Hundessa was killed in Ethopia last week.

Those involved in today’s protest say the Internet has been shut down in Ethopia, making it hard to communicate with family back home, and that innocent protestors are being killed there. Organizers say they want peace for people living in Ethiopia.
