Local News

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — It was a dramatic scene in a central Sioux Falls neighborhood. About a dozen police cars arrived at 13th Street and Summit Avenue just before 10:30 Tuesday morning.

Neighbors say a woman left in an ambulance, and several people were handcuffed.

Police tell us they cannot say what happened because the incident involved people under the age of 18.
