WATERTOWN, S.D. (KELO) — The stalking lion statue stolen in Downtown Watertown has been found and returned to its owner.
Police say one of the suspects has been identified and charged. Officials shared a video of both suspects.
Authorities say they are looking to identify the person wearing the white t-shirt.
