SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Sioux Falls Police say an early morning shooting sent a woman to the hospital, and investigators are still looking for the person who shot her.

The report came in around 1:30 this morning.

Our KELOLAND News crew got a video of police putting up crime tape at the corner of 6th Street and Spring Avenue.

Police say the 45-year-old victim was shot in the leg and arm. She’s expected to survive.

She spoke with investigators. They tell us she couldn’t identify the person who shot her.

Police are using surveillance video from the area in hopes of identifying the shooter.
