SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Hundreds of flowers were being planted in Sioux Falls city parks Tuesday morning.
Two crews of about 12 people were planting roughly 13,000 flowers at McKennan Park and Tuthill Park. You can see some of the flowers in the photos below.
