SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Conditions are improving along Interstate 90.
As of late Monday afternoon, just one lane was closed near the Montrose exit. It was at the bridge over the Vermillion River.
At one point last week there was so much water on the road, officials had to shut down I-90 from Sioux Falls to Plankinton.
