A Sioux Falls mother who tried to hurt herself and her baby when she crashed her car off Interstate 229 near Minnesota Ave. on Oct. 16 is making her initial court appearance Friday morning.
Julia Alzoubaidi is making her first court appearance Friday morning in Sioux Falls after her Oct. 16 arrest. Her attorney, Michael Butler, filed a notice of appearance on Oct. 17.
An arrest warrant was served to Alzoubaidi on Nov. 21.
