MINNEAPOLIS, M.N. (KELO) — Meanwhile, a southern Minnesota city is under a flood warning.
Northfield is already seeing some standing water.
The snow melt is feeding the rushing waters of the Cannon River, which runs right through the city.
The river is expected to keep rising overnight. The National Weather Service says river cities south of Saint Paul could also start to see flooding soon.
