MILBANK, S.D. (KELO) — Police in Milbank say they’re investigating a “major incident”
Officers say the Grant County Sheriff’s Office and the Division of Criminal of Investigation are assisting in the case.
Authorities say a person is in custody and there is no danger to the public.
