Ireton, Iowa man facing 2nd-degree murder charge

A 70-year-old man is in custody Monday night, accused of killing another man in Sioux County, Iowa.

Saturday night, the sheriff’s office was called to a home near Ireton, Iowa for a shooting. That’s where they found the body of 58-year-old Grant Wayne Wilson.

Deputies arrested Gregg Winterfeld for 2nd-degree murder.

Authorities are waiting on the results of an autopsy report.
