AMES, IA (KELO) — Ice continues to be a problem in central Iowa, especially on residential roads.
Last night, plows started breaking up the ice so the streets aren’t as slick. They also urging people to remove as much snow and ice from sidewalks.
A big concern are the single digit temperatures, which will keep the ice frozen solid until the weather can warm up this weekend.
