Highway 115 project in Harrisburg delayed because of wet weather

HARRISBURG, S.D. (KELO) — In southeastern KELOLAND, the weather is already causing a delay on a construction project along Minnesota Avenue in Harrisburg.

Starting Friday at noon, the South Dakota DOT will reopen Highway 115 for at least two weeks.

The more than $18 million project aims to reconstruct a little over three miles of the highway.
