Harrisburg resident arrested for DUI, sheriff’s office says

LINCOLN COUNTY, S.D. (KELO) — Authorities in Lincoln County say a person was arrested after they were found passed out in their vehicle.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office was called to a rural county address for a suspicious vehicle around 9 a.m. Friday. Deputies found a 49-year-old Harrisburg resident passed out behind the wheel.

The driver was arrested on charges for DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute and drug paraphernalia.
