Gov. Noem requests Capital flags to fly at half-staff Monday

PIERRE, S.D. (KELO) — Flags at South Dakota’s State Capitol will fly at half-staff on Monday for former lawmaker George W. Blair of Sturgis.

The 98-year-old died on Wednesday, January 1. He will be buried at Black Hills National Cemetery on Monday.

The Republican served in the South Dakota House from 1979 through 1986.
